PERTHUIS ROPES
"Les Cordons du Fa kir"
revisited by Philippe de Perthuis
Completely revisited from a technical point of view, this great classic becomes a participative skit with twists and turns.
Effects:
Borrowed objects (watches, bracelets, rings.) are threaded onto two ropes. The ropes are passed through the sleeves of a jacket, also borrowed. Two spectators hold the ends of the ropes.
Yet you are able to free the imprisoned objects one by one, including the jacket.
Classic effect of the "Fakir's Cords", yes! But a revolutionary method.
The gimmick provided with the DVD gives you complete freedom and everything can be examined at the beginning and at the end.
Audience participation, humor, ease of execution, you have in your hands a real 10 to 15 minute skit.
Amazing! This is THE method.
(I wish I had invented it.)
